We know that many of our guests come for work. Our location allows a quick exit to the main ring roads to drive to the industrial estates (Argales, San Cristóbal) or the Boecillo Technology Park in about 10-15 minutes.

AVE Train Station (Campo Grande)

Absolute comfort. The train station is just a 5-10 minute walk away. You can arrive, leave your luggage, and be settled in your apartment in record time.

How to get there and park

Important – reception and keys: Although your apartment is at Calle Montero Calvo 13, Check-in and key delivery take place at the Boutique Hotel Catedral, located very close by, at Calle Núñez de Arce 11. We have 24-hour assistance to help you with anything you need.
Arrival by train: From the Valladolid-Campo Grande station, it will take you less than 10 minutes to walk to the apartments.

Arrival by car and Parking: The hotel offers an agreement with the public parking at Plaza de Portugalete, located about 100 meters away. Drive your vehicle up to the hotel door – access is permitted for guests with a reservation – and we will inform you how to reach the public parking. The rate is subsidized and paid at the hotel.

Parking rate: €18.70 / day.
